Piero Welby's death has left us a precious heritage. Like it or not, we can no longer ignore misconduct policies, laws, the poor excuses that eliminate sacrosanct and in fact will manifest (Or worse, dumb) human beings who have the misfortune to die in tragic conditions.
not just putting their hands in living wills that will protect those who will be unable to express themselves. The crux of the matter is the law (constitutional - Article 32) to refuse treatments that serve only the conscience of those who administer.
